KADENA AIR BASE, Japan (Oct. 15, 201) – U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Brandon Taylor, 33rd Rescue Squadron flight engineer, hoists simulated survivors into a 33rd RQS HH-60 Pave Hawk as part of a combat search and rescue scenario for Exercise Pacific Thunder near Osan Air Base, Republic of Korea. Pacific Thunder is an annual two-week exercise that involves the 31st and 33rd RQS from Kadena AB, Japan, and the 25th Fighter Squadron from Osan.
